Requirement From the Commissioner

The Commissioner must send a reference sheet, written description or reference pictures for commissioning this artist. A rough sketch or image are also welcome.Read -> The commission may delay with a written description, as the artist has to search out what the commissioner wants.The commissioner must treat the artist with patience, respect and non-hateful.I, the artist, will do my best to fulfill your dreams and vision of your desired illustration.I, the artist, have the right to refuse any commission request.

Full Process and Revision Policy

After submitting your commission, please allow me 2-3 business days to get back to you via Email and/or Instagram for the first sketch. I will then let you know the estimated deadline for the artwork.Deadline may vary depending on the difficulty of the commission.The art progress may vary from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the commission itself. It will be communicated if otherwise.If you need your artwork sooner than the estimated deadline, please let me know from the beginning.
This, however, will be done under the payment of a rush fee, depending on how sooner the commissioner wants the piece.The commissioner may ask for updates after the final sketch is made. Even though I, the artist, will send a screenshot/WIP’s after every important stage of the drawing.The stages are:
Rough Sketch (Here you can modify the pose + other parts)
Lineart
Coloring
RenderingIf the commission takes longer than expected, the artist will provide you with a note of the situation.

Alterations

Alterations in the Rough Sketch stage are free.The commissioner may make large alterations. Which include: character, pose, background, composition, clothes, hairstyle etc.
Big alterations may have a big impact on the deadline. It’s recommended to have up to 2 large alterations.Alterations in the LineArt, Coloring, and Rendering stage bring a charge of 50% of the original price. This prevents a big impact in the Deadline.

Cancellations and Refunds

The commissioner may cancel the commission before the first payment.No refunds or cancellations are allowed when the commission has started. The commission starts after the first payment.If I, the artist, cancels the commission after giving a note of the reason, the commissioner will be then refunded of the part they already paid.

Payment

50% of the payment must be upfront, upon commission. The last 50% will be after the Rendering stage. The artwork will be sent via Email after receiving the payment invoice.I accept PayPal payment.

Delivery and Posting

All the art is copyrighted and the commissioner will be provided a version of the commission with a signature.The commissioner/client is allowed to post the signatured commission with the respective credit of the artist: DonutsGuzzler.
The commissioner may not resell, alter, or claim credit for creation of the artwork.Commissioned art of the artist is for personal use only, the commissioner may not use the artwork for commercial purposes.
